First, we will send you a Commission Rebate Certificate, which gives you $250.00 for purchases and sales and $50 for leases cash back after closing on your next real estate transaction with our team, plus additional certificates for each referral who becomes a client of our services. IMPORTANT: Even if you have no plans to move and personally are unable to take advantage of this offer, you can pass these Commission Savings Certificates along to someone else who can benefit from the savings!
The second and important aspect we do is to help families in our community. Our goal is to support our community in a meaningful way by making regular contributions to services that support families. For each transaction we complete, we make a donation to a local charity. So, your referrals really do substantially help local families, and at no cost to you.
